Student Census
McGill University would like to encourage all students to complete the Student Census. It should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

This will help facilitate our understanding of the composition of our student body and our ability to meet student needs accordingly.

	Student Records Menu Application for Graduation: For most undergraduate students and all non-thesis graduate students (masters, certificates, diplomas), you may now apply for graduation. Degree Evaluation: Available to selected undergraduate students. Change your curriculum (i.e. program, major, minor, faculty program, honours, etc.): Arts, Integrated Arts & Science, Education, Engineering and Management and Science students only. Transcripts: For all students. Faculty Transfers / Readmission: Available to selected students. Request for Exchange/Study Away: For details about exchanges and studying abroad click here. Request deferred or supplemental exams. Travel Registry.
	Registration Menu Check your registration eligibility and your academic program information; quick add or drop course sections; withdraw from course sections; search class schedule and add course sections; select Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory grade mode option; display your personal student schedule; verify your fee assessment.
	Location of Study - Online (distance) program Students enrolled in an exclusively online program must use this form to declare their location of study each term.
	Personal and Professional Development Courses and Seminars offered by the School of Continuing Studies Effective Summer 2018, registration for all non-credit activities and programs has moved to Athena.
	Student Accounts Menu e-Billing and e-Payments; view your account summaries; print tax receipts and slips; create or verify your refund requests; provide direct deposit bank information for student payments (financial aid/awards/refunds); view tuition fee and legal status; offer a guest privileges; Meal Plans; opt out of charges which are eligible for opt-out. View or add your Canadian Social Insurance Number.
	Mercury Online Course Evaluation Menu Submit online course evaluations for your own courses; view evaluation results which have been disseminated to the McGill community.
	Expense Reports Menu Submit or view an expense report relating to travel or other University business expenses.
	uPrint - Campus Printing Menu View your uPrint charges, choose whether or not you wish to be prompted to enter your McGill password every time you swipe your ID Card at a Xerox uPrint device.
	McGill Parent Information Form Enter contact information for your parents to ensure they receive updates about the McGill community.
	Academic Integrity Tutorial This mandatory tutorial must be completed by all undergraduate and graduate students in their first semester.
	International Health Insurance Coverage Form (for students) For international students only: Confirm, modify or request an exemption from your default insurance coverage.
	Reduced-fare OPUS card order form Order your annual reduced-fare public-transit OPUS card (for full-time students).
	myProgress (Graduate Milestones Management) View degree audit worksheets to monitor progress towards your degree (for graduate & postdoctoral students only).
	myProgress Undergraduate Dashboard (for select Undergraduate degrees) View degree audit worksheets to monitor progress towards your undergraduate degree (currently available only to undergraduate Education, Management, and Nursing students). Information is available at mcgill.ca/myprogress.
	Student Census Complete the student census.
